Noel continues to amaze.The LLC is now moving due West, despite the NNW movement the NHC insist.

The cone may again shift West at 5pm.This storm seems to have a mind of it's own.

Low pressure off Florida's southeast coast.Looks interesting on the radar.This may be what the GFS was indicating.Bringing lots of rain to Palm beach county.

Yeah the the surface low looks healthy.It Just needs some convection over the center.

All that dry air in the Gulf over the past days sure hasn't helped.

Just look at how much future 91L has consolidated in just the past 8 hours.
Some slight cyclonic turning can now be seen on the visible loop.

This thing is really getting its act together.
