The NHC has started Invest 92L.
From the NHC at 2 pm.
"DISORGANIZED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ASSOCIATED WITH AN UPPER-
LEVEL AND SURFACE TROUGH ARE LOCATED ABOUT 650 MILES EAST-NORTHEAST
OF THE NORTHERN LEEWARD ISLANDS. ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS COULD
BECOME MORE FAVORABLE FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THIS DISTURBANCE...AND
THERE IS A LOW CHANCE...20 PERCENT...OF THIS SYSTEM BECOMING A
SUBTROPICAL OR TROPICAL CYCLONE DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS." _________________ LOU

A few light showers will be in the area through Thursday as high pressure gradually weakens. There is a disturbance about 700 miles to the southeast of Bermuda that is being closely monitored for further development. Headline - Developing rain and increasing winds overnight through Friday
Public Synopsis - A developing low is approaching from the southeast. The low is being monitored for potential subtropical development before it merges with a cold front advancing from the northwest. Wet and windy conditions will continue through Friday with drying on strong northwesterly winds early Saturday.
Tonight - Mostly cloudy with a few evening showers... Winds east-southeasterly moderate, winds increasing strong at times... Low near 22°C/72°F.
Friday - Cloudy, periods of rain or showers & risk of thunder... Winds east-southeasterly moderate to strong, increasing moderate to strong gusting gale force in the evening. becoming light and variable for a time, veering north-northwesterly moderate to strong at night... High near 25°C/77°F.
