Awesome photography, thank you weatherman911 for sharing! It’s so interesting to know just what these storms are capable of....
You're welcome. It's nice to hear when someone appreciates the work and time put into posting the photos. I feel the same about looking at the photos and realizing how capable these storms are of destruction, no matter what size the storm is. As they say, "A picture is worth a thousand words". Thank you Zinnia.
Pictures definitely are worth a thousand words, for sure.... and it is so true, the smallest of storms can be as destructive as the bigger ones... I know at the time, 1974's Cyclone Tracy was the smallest tropical cyclone on record, but it had enough power to flatten the city of Darwin, Australia.... looks and size are deceiving when it comes to tropical cyclones... and when it comes to people risking their lives to get info on storms, may it be photos, video or other, we really have to appreciate what these people are doing just because they are taking that risk to educate everyone else about the situation.... And I really do appreciate the time and effort you have put into posting these images, I love learning about natural disasters and what a way to know how a storm works by viewing what they do in nature.... just amazing
