TD-3 has a chance to get a name before it becomes extratropical but time is running out. We have a case of Indecent Exposure as at least half of the low level circulation is still exposed. It will take some dense convection to cover a little more of the exposed center and the NHC will upgrade TD-3 to Tropical Storm status before it heads to the graveyard. _________________ This post is for discussion purposes only.
