Invest 99L is up. East of Windward Islands. Winds 20 kts. Pressure 1010 mb. Looks pretty healthy. Could be the start of the Cape Verde season. Showing expanding convection and good rotation. 9.7N-45.7W

First model run. Ships Intensity models have not yet been run. I expect to see them on an update or the next model run.

Here's the updated tropical model run with the intensity models. Ships models bring it to Hurricane strength in the central Caribbean. Until a surface low is a reality all forecasts of location and intensity are very unreliable. Remember, this is just an 'Invest' and we don't even have a depression yet.
