The reports that are posted by CCSTORMS can they possibly be translated in evryday terms for us folk that are not well versed in decoding the info that is given ?? Please

On the next CCStorms post simply ask for the laymans translation of the text.
A week or so ago, Chris asked about the diameter of the eye of Dean. CC responded that the answer was coded next to the letter "M" on the information. At the time, "M" had the number 11 next to it indicating the eye of Dean had a diameter of 11 miles.
Who would have thunk until it was decoded for us.
And I hope my recall on this is correct!
Here it is:
Chris, look above at the VDM. Note the letter 'M'. That column describes the eye and eye diameter. C-11 means Concentric eye, diameter 11 miles.
