40W/10N and eastward ??

Is the old 40w / 10n now 53w /18n?
The little guy is just hanging there as if suspended animation. Is that a slight spin in it?

Yes Bob that's the same wave. Went into stealth mode for a few days and is now flairing up as the moisture increases. It does show rotation and could be a player down the road.
