System looking a lot better as it moves west. I see a nice rotation with decent convection. What are the odds of this system ramping up to TD or hurricane status? I guess anything is possible after seeing TX getting hit with a Cat 1 that ramped up in the 1/4 mile.

It's too bad that the upper low got involved with 90L. A good chance for us to get some nice rainfall went FUBAR. Oh well....on to 92L.

The convection with the low level center seems to be increasing. This one has one last (40%) chance to be Noel before impacting Louisiana.

Yeah the the surface low looks healthy.It Just needs some convection over the center.

All that dry air in the Gulf over the past days sure hasn't helped.
