After a week of storms and rough weather, the dune walk at S. 14th Street in Flagler Beach, Fla. has sustained damage, Wednesday, October 31, 2007. Rough seas and other factors have contributed to Flagler County's shrinking coast line. A tropical storm watch was issued Wednesday afternoon by the National Hurricane Center for portions of southeast Florida. (AP Photo/The Daytona Beach News-Journal, David Massey )
