Be sure to check your automatic sprinklers.... the times and days for watering has changed according to the last digit of your address. Still have two days for watering but times and days may have changed. Will have to reset the auto timer on sprinkler systems. Will look for link to new regulations.

Here's the new water restrictions effective 1/15/08 for Cape Coral:

CAPE WATERING RESTRICTIONS
Proposed new schedule for reclaimed water residential customers in Cape Coral:
• Addresses ending in 0: Monday and Friday from 12:01 to 4 a.m.
• Addresses ending in 1: Monday and Friday from 4 to 8 a.m.
• Addresses ending in 3 and 5: Wednesday and Saturday from 12:01 to 4 a.m.
• Addresses ending in 7 and 9: Wednesday and Saturday from 4 to 8 a.m.
• Addresses ending in 2 and 4: Thursday and Sunday from 12:01 to 4 a.m.
• Addresses ending in 6 and 8: Thursday and Sunday from 4 to 8 a.m.


Watering restrictions elsewhere in Lee

Tougher water restrictions will start Jan. 15. Residents will be allowed to water only one day a week.
For properties smaller than 5 acres, if your address ends in:
• 1 or 2, water on Mondays from 4 to 8 a.m. OR from 4 to 8 p.m.
• 3 or 4, water on Wednesdays from 4 to 8 a.m. OR from 4 to 8 p.m.
• 5 or 6, or if the irrigation system waters multiple addresses, water on Thursdays from 4 to 8 a.m. OR from 4 to 8 p.m.
• 7 or 8, water on Saturdays from 4 to 8 a.m. OR from 4 to 8 p.m.
• 9 or 0, water on Sundays from 4 to 8 a.m. OR from 4 to 8 p.m.
For properties more than five acres, if your address ends in:
• 1 or 2, water on Mondays from midnight to 8 a.m. OR from 4 to 11:59 p.m.
• 3 or 4, water on Wednesdays from midnight to 8 a.m. OR from 4 to 11:59 p.m.
• 5 or 6, without a numbered street address, or if the irrigation system waters multiple addresses, water on Thursdays from 12 to 8 a.m. OR from 4 to 11:59 p.m.
• 7 or 8, water on Saturdays from midnight to 8 a.m. OR from 4 to 11:59 p.m.
• 9 or 0, water on Sundays from midnight to 8 a.m. OR from 4 to 11:59 p.m.
