STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT WEST CENTRAL AND SOUTHWEST
FLORIDA...

A LINE OF SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS...MOVING EAST AT 25
MPH...MOVING EAST AT 23 MPH...WILL AFFECT AREAS FROM FROSTPROOF...
ARCADIA AND AVON PARK...AND SOUTHWARD TO FORT MYERS THROUGH MIDNIGHT
EDT. GUSTY WINDS UP TO 40 MPH WILL OCCUR. TORRENTIAL RAINS WILL
CAUSE PONDING OF WATER ON ROADS...AND MINOR FLOODING OF POOR
DRAINAGE AREAS. MOTORISTS TRAVELING ACROSS THE AREA TONIGHT AND
INTO EARLY SUNDAY MORNING SHOULD BE ALERT TO SLIPPERY AND WET
ROADWAYS.
