Rainfall?

Hey jeff

In your honest opinion.... how many inches of rain would you expect for the cape from Katrina?

The northern side of this storm is a lot less developed than the Southern side. I would not be surprised if we do not get anything more than passing showers until Saturday and Sunday when we get onto the Eastern side of it. My guess right now is 4-6 inches here, less to our eastern counties. 6-10 inches down towards Marco Island and 12-16 inches from Miami thru Everglade City. This could change if the storms northside would scour out the dry air intrusion overnight, but I'm not impressed with the prospect off any floods for us here now
