Invest 99L is now tropical depression three. NHC statements will begin at 10:30 pm.

Good call everybody. This is a storm we are going to have to keep an eye on. I was looking at the probability wind chart and there is a <10% chance that it will reach hurricane potential in the next 72 hours but it is WAY to early to tell what this thing could do. If it dips down below the Dominican do you think it will have a better chance of reaching hurricane force then if it were travel on the north side? I just happened to notice the BAMD model running south and thought that could be a possiblity. Question

If that Upper Low near the bahamas remains there it will destroy TD3 with the westerly shearing flow. Rolling Eyes
