My name is Jeff and I just discovered this site. I am a very experienced Weather Nut with a Meteorology background ....recently relocated to the SW Cape from New York. I would enjoy posting my thoughts and answering any weather questions anyone might have.....

Jeff, welcome aboard and to Cape Coral. Having somebody like you would really be helpful for people with your experience in weather. I'm sure you will get hit a few times with some questions with the way the conditions can change so quickly in Florida.

Yes me too, that was kind of the reason we developed a forum so anybody can discuss and comment on weather conditions. I just saw the 11pm statement. Wind speed is now at 45mph and the formation is starting to look more defined.
