Due to the state of the economy I have been unable to rent my beach house at the current rates and have decided to reduce the rental price by 50%. For those that may be interested you can leave a message in this thread and we can discuss the terms. This is a good opportunity for anyone wishing to take advantage of this super low price. That looks a lot like a place we rented up on Venice beach a few years ago except they weren't giving the 50% discount back then!! That was the last time we rented sight-unseen.
