Looking like a tropical storm to me

i just looked at the visual loop storm floater on ramsdis. it looks like a well defined center of circulation is wrapped around alot of banded convection in the bahamas. as well formed as it looks on satellite, i wouldnt be suprised if it was already a tropical storm! we shall see. lets hope in goes out to sea and leaves florida alone Exclamation

And wrapping up pretty fast too! The are of disturbed weather to the South of it may get it's act together also and affect the same region as Emily, but probably not until it's in the Western Gulf. I think Franklin is gonna be a meandering pain in the *** for several days to come and only when he starts to make a real move will the upper air conditions determine where he goes. Hopefully it will not affect the Keys as I made a promise of no systems down there for next week to another member....
