It's kinda funny that the Special Tropical Disturbance message about what will be soon named Franklin was put out by a NHC forecaster named Franklin Very Happy You can't make this crap up!! Anyway, it's a Tropical Storm now and the only reason they're initially calling it TD#6 is because they don't want to admit they missed it this long and got out forecasted by the Cape Coral Weather Page Very Happy More late tonight....

We need to call this the CCHC, Cape Coral Hurricane Center! Very Happy Great call on that one and yes, that is funny the forecaster who submitted the advisory was Franklin and how they screwed up. Tropical Storm Franklin is named as of advisory #2. Wind speed was at 45mph with a gradual decrease in speed to the NW. I wonder if this will repeat the same path as Jeanne last year. According to there 5 day forecast it looks as though it will do a big swirl and come back around. Whats your take? Heres a pic of the 5 day forecast and Jeanne from last year

Franklin 5 day

Lets wait and see! Exclamation
