Help needed with shark fishing for kids

Hello from Sweden
Me and my kids will be spending our vaccation in Cape Coral this summer. We will be there for the two last weeks of June.
We will have access to a good boat and try to do alot of fishing.
My kids love sharks. We come from Sweden and dont have any sharks here.

If I could get some help and suggestions on how to catch some sharks with the kids it will make their summer great.

The shark doesnt have to be big, they will just love to catch the small bonnet heads or lemon sharks.

Could anyone help me with good fishing spots for sharks?
Suggestions on rigging and bait?

Any help would be very appreciated.
