Recommendations on a webcam

Any recommendations on a webcam?

Actually I need two - one just a regular color cam
and I'd like to find one with IR to use at night for an owl box I am planning on setting up.

Are you looking for an ethernet web based camera or a USB camera that will be streamed through a computer? USB webcams are less expensive and we have found a few with very good quality but you must run them through a computer to stream. The self contained web based webcams are much more expensive typically like the ones by Axis communications.

This is what we are using for webcam 1 2 and 3. They just came out with one that has a carl zeiss lens that should improve quality even more than our current ones. We use software called webcamXP that streams in different formats.
