TD# 8 is not any threat to the United States. It was the system I was afraid would develop in the Southern Bahamas last weekend and cross FLA and become a TS in the Gulf. It decided to stall over 3 days North of P.R. and the upper air pattern changed to steer it North when it began moving again yesterday. Get ready in about 7 to 10 days as the African Conga line is going to mean serious business as soon as the brief flair up of activity in the Pacific Ocean is done.
