Small "tropical cyclone" to impact Cuba right now!

Incredible as it may seem, a runaway circulation from 92L has within the last 24-36 hours traversed the Northwest Bahamas and contines to move SW. It is about to impact the north coast of Cuba between Havana and Varadero Beach. See for yourselves on the Key West radar. It only shows up as a tiny speck of convection on satellite, but it is certainly a well-defined survivor. It may contine to survive, as it will be joined by a large mass of diurnal energy which moved off the SW coast of Florida and is currently just west of Key West. Who knows, this one may actually be the nucleus of the future Noel! In this crazy year, anything is possible.

By the way, today is St. Faustina Kowalska's feast day (look her up on a search engine). Please say a little prayer for Taiwan. We could have been in their shoes this year. An interesting aside, in January-February of 2006, parts of Japan had 13 feet of snow. Last winter, they almost had none, yet western New York State had the same amount. Makes you wonder, huh, what's in store for us?

Brief diversion off topic and know better than to mention religion here BUT St Faustina canonized a saint by John Paul II. John Paul declared the Sunday after Easter to be a day of Divine Mercy as revealed by God to St Faustina. A day to pray for God's Mercy. John Paul died the day after Divine Mercy Sunday.
